We source the basic components of your home from Heckaman Homes, who build and assemble the modules for your home. Each Heckaman floorplan includes many reliable, quality standard components. You can choose to upgrade most of the standard features. Finally, we can source and/or custom build anything not prebuilt by Heckaman.

Models and Floorplans

Heckaman Homes offers dozens of standard floorplans to choose from as the starting point for your custom modular home from Arver Homes. Standard Features

Optional and Premium Features

Heckaman Homes has many premium and optional features to select from while designing your home. For example, Andersen 400 series windows, DuPont Quartz countertops, Moen faucets, and Merrilat cabinets are available. Custom Features

If Heckaman Homes does not offer certain features you would prefer to have in your new home, there is no need to compromise. Your team at Arver Homes can install and/or build anything you can think of. If you are replacing a standard component, you will get an order credit by omitting that part from your order, and your Arver team will source and install the desired features after your home is delivered.
